Overview: What are we talking about?

Gingr Business Analytics is an add-on feature that offers streamlined reporting and insights into financial and reservation data for multiple Gingr subdomains. With the ability to run reports for all subdomains on a single page, it enhances efficiency and decision-making processes for facility owners.

This consolidated view could facilitate better analysis, comparison, and strategic planning. Additionally, having access to detailed financial and reservation data can empower businesses to optimize their operations, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive growth and profitability. Helpful Hints: Before you begin

  • This reporting tool is best designed for facilities with multiple subdomains that need to view combined booking and financial data across Gingr URLs.
  • Additional users can be added to GBA for no extra cost, and their log-in details will be separate from their main Gingr login.

How to: Sign Up and Pricing Overview

Gingr Business Analytics:

Includes full access to the Gingr Business Analytics features. This is a monthly charge that will bill on the same day every month. 

  • First two subdomains: $25/each per month.
  • Additional subdomains: $10/each per month.

Note: If signing up for multiple subdomains at the same time, the first two subdomains will be charged at $25/each a month, and all additional subdomain charges will be $10/each a month.

 

How to: Admin Panel Overview

The administration page allows you to manage the users who can access Gingr Business Analytics. This is helpful if you wish to grant access to other admins in your app, managers, or accountants.

 

On this page, you can also:

  • Manage the locations for which your users can access reporting.
  • View the status of different users:
    • Active means they are signed up for Gingr Business Analytics.
    • Invited means that they have been sent an email with sign-up instructions, but have not completed this step yet.

How to: Adding a New User

  1. From the front page Gingr Business Analytics, click on the admin panel. This will redirect you to the administration page. On this page, click on the blue Add User button.

  2. In the pop up window, you will be asked to fill in some details for the user you're adding. Fill in the required fields and assign their role:

  3. The user will receive an email with a link to sign up. Once they sign up, their status on the admin page will change from invited to active.

Important: New managers must be manually given access to reports directly from the Admin table's Reports column. This only applies to users assigned to the "Manager" role. 

How to: Launching the Power BI Reporting

  1. From the front page of Gingr Business Analytics, click on the reporting panel. 
  2. On the reporting page, reports are categorized under Bookings and Financial. As more reports are added, you will be able to expand each column to view all of the available reports for each category:
