Print Run Cards Report (Reference)

Overview: What are we talking about?

Run cards are printable cards desired to contain information about a pet, its owner, and the reservation they are booked for. The Print Run Cards Report is used to generate a list of Run Cards for pets checking in on a specific date. The report can be filtered by date and reservation type. 

 

How to:  Print Run Cards.

  1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reports » Print Run Cards.

  2. Run the report by configuring the following report parameters to your needs:
Parameters Description Helpful Hints
Date Choose a day to see Run Card data applicable to that day. This report is run for a single day at a time. 
Reservation Type  Select any reservation types for which you want to view data within that set date.  You can select multiple reservation types at once. 

 

3. Click Print Run Cards!

4. Your browser's print window will open with the Run Cards applicable to the report parameters. You may need to adjust these settings for your specific computer and printer. 

5. Make printing selections and print your Run Cards.

Results - The results from the generated report include a printable list of Run Cards for the specified report parameters. 

 

Helpful Hints:

  • Run card information can be edited in three places: Owner Forms, Animal Forms, and System-Wide Settings. For more information see our article on Setting Up Run Cards

  • Run cards can be automatically printed at check-in. This setting is specific to each reservation type and can be configured from Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Reservation Types & Services Configuration » Edit Reservation Type » Check-In Options » Auto Print Run Card

  • If your formatting does not look correct after printing you may need to adjust your printer settings. This is done after you prompt the computer to print and before selecting to send to the printer. These settings are specific to your computer and printer.
