Enable Customer Portal
Once you are ready to enable the Customer Portal, making the switch is simple. You will want to follow these steps:
- Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Portal Customization.
- Enable the Enable New Pet Parent Portal setting.
- Once enabled, email/SMS links will begin redirecting to the Customer Portal automatically.
