Create Custom Owner Rates (How-to)

Creating Custom Owner Rates allows the business to customize a specific owner's reservation base rates. This feature can be implemented when a customer should receive a discounted price for an extended period of time, or is receiving a special rate for one time use.

Before You Begin

Users must have the group permission enabled to manage Location Default Rates in order to create a Custom Owner Rate.

Setup Custom Owner Rates

To setup a Custom Owner Rate, you'll head to the owner's profile.

1. On the right-hand side of the page, under the Rates box, there is a button called "Manage Rates".
   
   
   
   
2. Selected the location this Custom Owner Rate should go into effect for. 
3. Expand the reservation type this Custom Owner Rate should go into effect for, and click "+Add New Rate".
   
   
4. Enter in the details of this new base rate for this specific customer and single reservation type.
   
   1. Base Rate Of: The new base rate for a single unit of this reservation type.
   2. For Reservations: starting on or after, created on or after, ending on or after.
   3. Date: The date this new base rate should go into effect.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save rates" to save these changes.
