The History Page lists almost every action and update that has taken place within your app over the past 90 days. Each item listed has:
- An assigned ID number
- A Timestamp indicating exactly when the action took place
- A User showing who performed the action
- And a description of the Action.
View the History Page
- Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » History.
- View the list of actions performed in your app in the last 60 days. Items are listed chronologically, with the most recent action at the top.
Searching the History Page
On the History Page, you can search for several different types of items, such as:
- Employee (User)
- Transaction ID numbers
- Reservation ID Number
- Reservation Status
- Credits...
- and more.
To search the History Page:
- Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » History.
- Enter the search criteria in the filter box that says "Enter a search term..." Results will be listed chronologically.
If there is no employee listed in the User column, this action was either generated by the SYSTEM, or it was performed by the CUSTOMER. For example, if you search for a cancelled reservation and there is a blank under the table title "user," it means that the customer has cancelled the reservation.

How to access the log:
- Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » History.
- On the History Page, click the Outgoing Email Log button.
- View the complete history of all emails sent through Gingr. Columns indicate the status as to whether the email has bounced, been delivered, was opened, or clicked on by the customer.
There is a summary included at the top of the page showing overall totals for all emails ever sent through Gingr.
From here, your options are:
Type in the search boxes to search any criteria within each category. Your results will be filtered according to search criteria.
Click the top checkbox to select all, or check individual boxes to select one or a several items.
Export the selected item(s) to an Excel file.
Print the selected item(s).
Click the Actions button to view the full email as it was sent to the customer.
