Overview: What are we talking about?

If you're having trouble locating owners/animals in the search bar, try rebuilding your search index to see if that solves the problem. This will clear out the index that the search boxes use to locate owners/animals.



How to: Rebuild the Search Index.
 

  1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Manage Data.
  2. Click on the Rebuild Search Index button. Once finished, try searching again for what you couldn't find before. If you are still having trouble, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
