The History Page lists most actions and updates that have taken place within your app over approximatly the past 90 days. Things such as reservation edits, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as changes to system settings, logins, and much more create a time and user stamp for the action

- Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » History.
- View the list of actions performed in your app in the last 90 days. Entries are listed chronologically with the most recent at the top.
Each item listed has:
- An assigned ID number
- A Timestamp indicating exactly when the action took place
- A User showing who performed the action
- And a description of the Action.

If there is no username listed in the User column, this action was either generated by the system (such as automatic emails and SMS), or it was performed by the customer. For example, if you search for a cancelled reservation and the User column is blank, this means that the customer cancelled the reservation.
How to: Search the History Page
On the History Page, you can search for several different types of items, such as:
- Employee (User)
- Invoice ID numbers
- Reservation ID Number (found at the end of the URL of the Reservation Details page)
- Animal ID Number (found at the end of the URL of the Animal Profile)
- Owner ID Number (found at the end of the URL of the Owner Profile)
- Reservation Status
To search the logs, enter the search criteria in the filter box that says "Enter a search term..." Results will be listed chronologically.
Search by Animal Name:
Search by Owner Name:
Search by Reservation ID:
Search by Timestamp:
Search by User:
