System-Wide Settings for Hours of Operation

Overview: What are we talking about?

In Gingr, you can set your default start and end times for new reservations which allows you to select times for drop off and pick up times. These settings apply to all locations.

Helpful Hints: Before you begin.

• Before you get started, take a moment to decide the earliest possible time that you want to allow a drop off or a pick up.
  
  
• Note that your hours of operation will create windows where drop offs and pick ups can be scheduled; however, the settings we will set up here allow for you to override those hours and schedule before and after them if needed.

Set it Up: Let's get started.  

1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » System-Wide Settings.
   
   
2. Using the search bar at the top of the system-wide settings page, search for and configure each of the following settings based on the descriptions below:
   
   
   • Default Start Time: Set the earliest possible time that you would want to override your hours of operation and schedule a drop off or pick up.
     
     
   • Default End Time: Set the latest possible time that you would want to override your hours of operation and schedule a pick up or drop off.
     
     
   • Save your changes and go back one page.
