Overview: What are we talking about?
If you ever run into a technical issue in your app, support may recommend clearing the cache in your browser as well as your local storage in Gingr. This will clear things like the predictive search drop-down menu cache, quick navigation, the last thing you searched for on the Admin page, etc.

- Check with the support team before clearing your local storage.
How to: Clear Local Storage.
- Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Manage Data » Clear Local Storage.
Click on the button Clear Local Storage. You will receive a confirmation message once the data has been cleared.
