Overview: What are we talking about?
The Deposits Report reflects reservations with deposits that were paid, consumed, refunded, and forfeited within the selected date range, even if the reservation dates are outside of the selected date range on the report.
The report also reflects outstanding deposits that were paid within the selected date range, but have yet to be checked out.
Helpful Hints: Before you begin.
- The Deposit Report should not be run for future dates, as the report is based off the payment date of a deposit.
How to: Access and run the report.

Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » Reports » Deposits.
- You can also navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reservations » Deposits to view all recent deposits.
- You can also navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reservations » Deposits to view all recent deposits.

Run the report by configuring the following report parameters to your needs:
- From: Choose a starting date to view deposits that were paid, consumed, refunded, and forfeited within this date range.
- To: Choose an ending date to view deposits that were paid, consumed, refunded, and forfeited within this date range.
- Export to Excel: Select this option if you want to export the report’s results to an excel file.
- From: Choose a starting date to view deposits that were paid, consumed, refunded, and forfeited within this date range.

I'm running the deposits report and nothing is populating in PDF summary form, and none of my excel spreadsheets are populating with data.
