Overview:
Use this report to generate data on the number of reservations created on the same date as the scheduled start date.
The Same Day Reservations report is a reporting tool to see any reservation your business created on the same date it was scheduled to start for the given date range. By using the reporting parameters, you can easily tailor the report to give you a breakdown of daycare or boarding reservations that were made last minute or at check-in!

Helpful Hints: Before you begin.
- The report can be organized by clicking any of the top-level parameters, clicking once will sort by ascending order, clicking once more will sort the report in descending order based upon the column chosen.
Report Parameters:
To access the Same Day Reservations report, navigate to Book Icon » Reports » Same Day Reservations. From this page, you can adjust the following reporting parameters to tailor the report to your needs.
Report Parameters

| From | Choose a starting date and time to see reservation data starting at this date and time. | |
| To | Choose an ending date and time to see reservation data ending at this date and time. | |
| Export to Excel? | Select this option if you want to export and download the report’s data to an excel file. | You can also print or export this report as a PDF by generating the report and clicking the green "Print to PDF" button below. |
Report Output:
Results - This section includes all applicable reservations during the selected date range.
| Column Header | Description |
| Owner | Displays owner name. You can click the owner name to access the owner profile. |
| # of Same Day Reservations | Displays the total number of same-day reservations for the owner during the given date range. |
| Percentage of Same Day Reservations | Displays the percentage of same-day reservations for the owner during the given date range compared to the overall number of reservations for the owner. |
| Reservations | Clicking the button "View Reservation Details" will open a popup that allows you to do various actions related to that reservation, such as viewing the reservation details and opening the reservation page. |

Exporting the Report to Excel and Printing to PDF:
To get a PDF version of this report, first, generate the report, and then click the green "Export to PDF" button at the top of the report. If you'd like to export to a CSV file, check the box "Export to Excel?" in the report parameters at the top of the page, then generate the report.
