Helpful Hints: Before you begin!
This report generates the average bookings per week per pet, based on each reservation type for which the animal had a reservation. For example, if an animal had a daycare and boarding reservation during the selected time frame, then the animal would have an average for both daycare and boarding.
Report Parameters:
To access the Average Reservations Per Week report, navigate to Book Icon » Reports » Average Per Week. From this page, you can adjust the following reporting parameters to tailor the report to your needs.
Report Parameters
| Setting | Description | Helpful Hints |
| From Date | Choose a starting date and time to see reservation data starting at this date and time. | |
| To Date | Choose an ending date and time to see reservation data ending at this date and time. | To include reservations made for the future, include a date later than today. |
| Reservation Types | Select which reservation types to analyze when generating the report. |
All reservation types are selected by default. |
| Average Filter |
Select either greater than or less than and enter a number to filter the report. You can optionally leave this field blank to generate a complete report of all averages. |
Example: Entering Greater than 3.0 would filter the report to only show animals who average 3.0 or more reservations per week during the selected time frame. |
| Include Canceled? | Check this box to include reservations that were not completed and are marked as canceled. | |
| Export to Excel? | Check this box to export the report results to an excel file. |
Report Output:
The report can be organized by clicking any of the top-level parameters, clicking once will sort by ascending order, clicking once more will sort the report in descending order based upon the column chosen.
This report is filtered by the top-level parameters below.

| Average | an average of the number of a reservation for the pet, out of the number of weeks from your designated time frame. | (Ex. Report generated for the last 4 weeks, a pet had 2 reservations in the 4 week period, so the average is 0.50). |
Exporting the Report and Adding Customers to Campaigns:
If you'd like to export to a CSV file, check the tick box "Export to Excel?" in the report parameters at the top of the page before selecting the blue Generate Report! button.
Click the "+ Add to Campaign" button at the top of the generated list of animals to include owners in a new campaign email or SMS.
