This article is to help users enable third-party cookies so that they can access the customer portal through their business's website! If you are using your petcare facility's dedicated website and are running into issues accessing the customer portal from their site due to third-party cookies, use the instructions below to enable them.

 

How to: Enable third-party cookies on Chrome (iPhone)

In this section, you will learn how to access, view, and change (if necessary) third-party cookie settings for the Google Chrome browser for the iPhone.

  1. On your iPhone, open the Settings App Icon - Icons and Images - iOS - Human Interface Guidelines - Apple  Developer on your phone.
  2. In the Search bar at the top of the screen, search for Chrome and select the chrome app.
  3. Enable the Allow Cross-Website Tracking setting

How to: Enable third-party cookies on Safari (iPhone)

In this section, you will learn how to access, view, and change (if necessary) third-party cookie settings for the Safari browser for the iPhone.

  1. On your iPhone, open the Settings App Icon - Icons and Images - iOS - Human Interface Guidelines - Apple  Developer on your phone.
  2. In the Search bar at the top of the screen, search for Safari and select the safari app.
  3. At the bottom of the settings, disable the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking setting.

  2. In the Search bar at the top of the screen, search for Firefox and select the firefox app.
  3. Enable the Allow Cross-Site Tracking setting

How to: Enable third-party cookies on Chrome (Desktop and Android)

In this section, you will learn how to access, view, and change (if necessary) third-party cookie settings for the Google Chrome browser.

  1. On your computer (or Android), open Chrome Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings Settings.
  3. Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
  4. Select an option:
    • Allow all cookies.
    • Block all cookies (not recommended).
    • Block third party cookies in Incognito[Recommended]

    • Block third-party cookies.
      • If you block third-party cookies, all cookies and site data from other sites are blocked, even if the site is allowed on your exceptions list.

How to: Enable third-party cookies on Safari (Desktop)

In this section, you will learn how to access, view, and change (if necessary) third-party cookie settings for the Safari browser.

In the Safari app  on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, click Privacy, then do any of the following:

  • Prevent trackers from using cookies and website data to track you: Select “Prevent cross-site tracking.”

  • Always block cookies: Select “Block all cookies.”

  • Always allow cookies: Deselect “Block all cookies.” [Recommended]

 

How to: Enable third-party cookies on Firefox for a Specific Site (Computer)

In this section, you will learn how to access, view, and change (if necessary) third-party cookie settings for specific sites on the Firefox browser.

  1. Visit the website.
  2. Click on the shield shield detected 70 to the left of the address bar.

  3. Toggle the switch Fx70-ETPswitch at the top of the panel. This will turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site. The page will reload automatically and allow trackers on this site only.
