Overview: What are we talking about?
The Appointment Wage to Sale Report provides a breakdown of your business's financial performance as it relates to appointment revenue taken in and staff wages paid out for those services.
Businesses that offer appointment-based services can have a hard time measuring their performance as related to the overhead involved in paying staff to perform their services. Industry experts like Paragon Dog Grooming and Joe Zuccarello encourage businesses to track money coming in from specific services and money being paid out for those services. In partnership with these industry experts, Gingr provides a report that allows you to generate a wage-to-sales ratio that can be used to help improve your business performance. Our goal is for you to be able to spend more time discussing strategy and less time tracking down numbers.
This report is designed for past reporting. The dates selected in the report should be in the past and it solely displays checked-out services. It cannot be used to forecast performance. You can select one or multiple additional services at once. This report is run for a selected date range, one location at a time.
Viewing this report requires the permission "Can View Financial Reports." Please see our article on User Groups for more information.
Coming soon: As part of Gingr's partnership with Paragon Dog Grooming, experts in business management for pet care businesses, we will be helping connect businesses with these experts to best utilize this report and others like it. They can assist in setting performance goals as well as provide guidance on reaching those goals. Please stay tuned for more information!
