Overview: What are we talking about?
The Rescheduled Appointments Report provides a breakdown of each appointment that was rescheduled in a selected time frame. It includes data about the past and new appointments, including which user rescheduled the given appointment.
This report data is generated when the rescheduling feature is utilized within the app. For more information on rescheduling an appointment please see our article on Scheduling an Appointment.

- You can select one or multiple appointment types at once. This report can be run for a selected date range, one location at a time. The start and end dates you enter will be based on the date the appointment was rescheduled, rather than the previous or current appointment date. This report is designed for past reporting and cannot be run for future dates.
To access the Rescheduled Appointments Report, navigate to Book Icon » Reports » Rescheduled Appointments Report. From this page, you can adjust the following reporting parameters to tailor the report to your needs:
|Location you are running the report for. This report is run one location at a time
|Starting date for the report. This is the date of the rescheduling event, rather than the previous or current date of the appointment. This must be a past or current date
|End date for the report. This must be a past or current date
|Choose all relevant appointment/additional service types that you would like to see reports for. If nothing is selected the report will run for all of your services
Appointments that were re-booked via the Re-schedule appointment option on the service edit popup will each display an entry upon running this report. For more information on rescheduling an appointment please see our article on Scheduling an Appointment.
The report outputs the following information for each instance of an appointment being rescheduled:
|Name and icons for the animal that has a rescheduled appointment. You can click the pet's name to be directed to their profile
|Name and icons for the owner who rescheduled the given appointment. You can click the owner's name to be directed to their profile
|Original Appointment Scheduled At
|Original time stamp for the appointment as well as the specialist the appointment was assigned to
|New Appointment Scheduled At
|New time stamp for the appointment as well as the specialist the appointment is currently assigned to
|Time stamp and user name of who rescheduled the appointment
Exporting & Printing the Report
If you'd like to export to a CSV file, check the tick box "Export to Excel?" in the report parameters at the top of the page before selecting the blue "Generate Report!" button.
After the report parameters have been set and you generate the report, you can select "Print PDF" with the green button at the bottom of the report parameters.
Adding Report Results to a Marketing Campaign
After running this report, you will see the option to "Add to Campaign" at the top of the results. This button allows you to target the customers on the report for a marketing campaign. For more information about marketing campaigns and custom groups please see these articles:
