Overview

Use this page to create new customer agreement templates in Gingr. Agreement templates define the text of your agreements, determine when they are required, and allow you to specify which locations and reservation types the agreement applies to.

Create New Agreement Templates

  1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin > Agreement Templates.
     
  2. Select the blue + Add button.


     
  3. Enter the details of your new agreement:

    Field Description
    Location Select one, multiple, or all locations where this agreement applies. 
    By default, agreements are assigned to All Locations. 
    Users can only assign or create agreements for their allowed locations. To narrow applicability, choose specific locations where this agreement is required.
    Title Enter the name of the agreement as it should appear to both staff and customers.
    Body Enter or paste the content of your agreement. Use the Rich Text Editor to apply formatting, insert images, or add HTML if desired.
    Status Set to Active if the agreement should be available for customers to sign. Set to Inactive if it should be hidden.
    Reservations Required For Select one or more reservation types that will require this agreement. Leave blank to make it optional, or select All to make it mandatory for all reservation types.


  4. Click Save or Save and Add Another to finish.

  5. Repeat these steps to create additional agreement templates as needed.

Additional Notes

  • Agreements created for specific locations only display for staff and customers at those locations.

  • If no locations are selected, the agreement is applied to all locations by default.

  • You can assign different agreements to different reservation types within each location for greater flexibility.
