Step 1: Cancel Broadly Subscription

If you would like to cancel your Broadly subscription, please send a written request to support@broadly.com. Broadly's support team will be able to assist with the cancellation process and any related details.

 Important:  Gingr Support is unable to cancel Broadly accounts on a facility's behalf. Please ensure you work with Broadly to proceed with canceling. 

Step 2: Remove the Broadly Integration from Gingr

1. To discontinue your Broadly integration with Gingr, head to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Broadly.
   
   
2. Remove your Broadly Location ID. Once you click out of the field, your changes will be saved.
