Broadly helps local businesses attract leads, connect with customers, and automatically request reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp and other popular review sites. Provide a 5-star customer experience with a responsive website, automated Web Chat, streamlined text and email communication, and flexible mobile payment options. Broadly makes it easy for customers to find you, work with you, and rave about you.
Important: Broadly is available to customers in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. However, SMS messaging features are only supported in the U.S. and Canada. UK customers can access all other Broadly features, including email-based review requests, AI web chat, and analytics.

Helpful Hints
- Gingr will not notify Broadly if the customer is opted out of marketing emails. If a customer is opted out of marketing SMS, we will not pass the customer's phone number to Broadly.
