Important: Broadly is available to customers in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. SMS features work only in the U.S. and Canada. UK customers can use all other Broadly features, including email review requests, AI web chat, and analytics.

Helpful Hints

• Gingr does not tell Broadly if a customer opted out of marketing emails.
• If a customer opted out of marketing SMS, Gingr does not pass their phone number to Broadly.
