Manage Imported Reservations (How-To)

If your import included reservations, you may need to accept or confirm them from the dashboard, depending on your settings.

  • Requested Section: These are all of the reservations that were imported that are appointment based and need to have a specialist assigned, or need to have a lodging assigned will show up here. They will need to be accepted and/or confirmed. Please note that additional services like treats and playtimes will need to be added to reservations post-import.

  • Unconfirmed Section: If the default manual confirm System-Wide Setting is set to no/off, all other reservations will appear here and will need to be confirmed.

    Reservations that populate here will include all other future reservations (like Daycare, Day Train, etc.) and will need to be confirmed by clicking on the 'thumbs up' icon.

Tip: If you have a high volume of future reservations, consider doing a little bit at a time. For example, focus on reservations that are scheduled for the next 1-2 weeks and continue to chip away at remaining reservations over time. 

 

Appointment Based Reservations (Grooming, Private Lessons, etc.)

Reservations that populate here will need a service added to the reservation by scheduling it with a specialist.

  1. Select the drop-down menu next to the reservation

  2. Select Edit Reservation.

  3. Select the Additional Services tab.

  4. Select the appropriate service.

  5. Select any applicable add-on services.

  6. Schedule it with a specialist.

  7. Save and Close.

  8. Select the drop-down menu again.

  9. Accept and Confirm.

Lodging Based Reservations (Boarding, Board & Train, etc.)

Reservations that populate here will need to be accepted and have a lodging assigned.

  1. Select the drop-down menu next to the reservation.

  2. Select Accept and Confirm.

  3. Choose the Area.

  4. Assign an individual lodging.

  5. Select Accept and Confirm.
