Introduction

The Incident Reports feature allows you to keep a record of any incidents that may occur involving a specific animal. These reports will attach to an Animal's Profile, informing you if they have engaged in any bad behavior in the past, helping you make good boarding and handling decisions.

Helpful Hint

If a pet has had incident(s), you will see a red exclamation point icon in most places their name appears in the app.
