Accessing owner, animal, and reservation information is just as easy as before; however, to access this new view, you will need to enable it and configure group permissions.

Before You Begin

• Reach out to Gingr Support to enable the new view. To enable this new view, the setting for Show New Details Pages under Left-Hand Navigation: Admin » Gingr Admin Settings will need to be turned on. This Admin page is only accessible to Gingr Support and will need to be activated by one of the Support Agents.

Configure Group Permissions

1. Navigate to Left-Hand Navigation: Reports & More » Groups.
   
   
2. Configure the following group permissions for those user groups which you want to have that ability:
   
   
   • Can Create Details Page Layouts
     
     
   • Can Edit Existing Details Page Layouts

Important: The layout labeled Default cannot be edited by any user.
