Overview
Once an estimate has been generated, it can be viewed from several areas in Gingr, including the Dashboard, Reservation Details page, and Animal or Owner Profiles.
View Estimates from Dashboard
- Find the reservation on the Dashboard in any of the reservation sections.
- Select the Actions button.
- Select View Estimate.
View Estimates from the Reservation Details Page
- Find the reservation on the Dashboard in any of the reservation sections.
- Select the Actions button.
- Select View Reservation Details.
- Click Estimate $ button in the upper right.
View Estimates from Animal or Owner Pages
Location Selector
The location selector on Owner Profile pages and their tabs uses a multi-select field that allows users to view and manage records across one or more locations.

The default selection is All Locations.

When Restrict Users to Allowed Locations is disabled, all locations are automatically selected.

When Restrict Users to Allowed Locations is enabled, only the user’s allowed locations are automatically selected.

Single-location users default to their assigned location.

This filter ensures that data displayed across all tabs (Reservations, Deposits, Invoices, Agreements, and Notes) accurately reflects the selected locations.
- Navigate to the Animal or Owner page.
- Select the Reservations tab.
- Choose a Reservation from the list.
- Select the Actions button.
- Select View Estimate.
To view an estimate from the owner's profile:
- Navigate to the Owner profile.
- Select the Invoices tab.
- Select the Estimates tab.
Allow Customers to View Estimates in Customer Portal
Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Customer Interaction Settings.

If enabled, customers will be able to view an estimate for their reservation from the customer portal. If disabled, customers will not be able to view estimates from the customer portal. |
