There is an email template for emailing estimates to customers, which comes pre-configured. You can customize this template. 

Edit Estimate Email Template

1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » System Email.
   
   
2. Find the email template called Reservation Estimate Email.
   
   
3. Click the Pencil icon to edit the email text.
