Tips and Tricks
- The table that is generated can be organized by clicking Customer Source, # of Customers, or Total Revenue.
- It's important to note that this report will not generate data for transactions where the customer source is not listed as a source for a new customer registration during the selected date range.
For example, say three existing customers spent $100 each at your facility on January 15. The first customer has the referral source "Billboard", the second has the referral source "Veterinarian", and the third has the referral source "Facebook". Then, a new customer registers at your facility on January 15 with the referral source "Billboard" and spends $50.
Based on the above information, when running the report for January 15, it would show the referral source Billboard", 1 customer registered, and amount spent "$150" ($50 from the new customer and $100 from the existing customer). The two customers who spent money with the referral sources "Veterinarian" and "Facebook" would not show on the report.
