How to Submit a New Feature Request

This article shows you how to submit a new idea in Gingr's Feature Feedback platform so our product team can review it.

To submit a new feature request:

Select the ? icon in the upper right corner of your app.
Select Feature Feedback.
Select + Submit Idea.
Enter a sentence or two describing the feature you're picturing. Use specific keywords, such as Facility Calendar or End of Day Report, so other businesses can find your idea too.
Select the ranking that reflects how important this is to you: Not Important, Nice to Have, Important, or Critical.
Select Submit.

Important: After you submit your idea, it may not show up on the board right away. Every request goes to our product team for review first.
