If you are trying to process a payment that comes back declined, you can log in to your CardPointe portal to find out what the specific error is.
View CardConnect Error Response Codes
- Once logged in you'll navigate to the Reporting tab to view recent transactions:
- You will then select the transaction number on the left to view the transaction details page.
- From here you will see the 'Response Code', you will see below all of the response code descriptions.
