You can choose what information you see by filtering the calendar.
Filter by Specialist
To filter the calendar by Specialists, simply select the box on the left of the page to view users who have been set up as specialists. You can add/remove specialists from this view, or select desired services to view or hide these from the Facility Calendar view as well.
Filter by Booking Category
To filter the calendar by Booking Categories, select the Booking Category box on the left of the page to view scheduled services per reservation category type.
Filter by Calendar Display Options
In addition to filtering by Specialist and Booking Category, you can also control which types of items appear in the All Day section of the Facility Calendar. This allows you to simplify your view and focus only on what’s most relevant to your role or current task.
To filter your calendar view:

Only My Schedule: Select this to view only your own schedule on the calendar. This applies to anything that is assigned to you as a specialist.

Hide Reservations: Hides all reservation blocks.

Hide Services: Hides all service appointments (like grooming or training).

Hide Events/Notices: Hides any events or system notices displayed in the All Day section.
You can toggle these filters on or off at any time to customize your calendar view.
Tip: These filters apply only to your current session and user login. They do not affect what other users see on their calendars.
