Print Collar Prior to Check-In

1. Ensure that you have pop-ups allowed for your app's website. Here is how to enable them for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.
   
   
2. Navigate to the Reservation Details page.
   
   
3. Click the printer icon in the upper right corner then select "Print Labels".
   
   
   
   
4. A new tab will open with the Print screen. From here you can configure your print settings based on Label or Collar preference.

5. Click the final Print button in the Print dialogue.
   

   Reference:  You may need to further adjust custom scaling and the Gingr label template layout (left, center, right) to fit all content onto one 6" printable area. It is recommended that you test a label and/or collar print for a pet with a long name or other variable with long text such as business name.
