Packages are pre-paid bundles that allow you to purchase credits for reservations, services, and add-on services in advance. Each package includes one or more items, giving you a clear breakdown of what is included and how many credits you will receive. Packages make it easy to plan ahead, save time during checkout, and manage your pet’s visits more efficiently.

Helpful Hints

• Purchasing packages on the Customer Portal requires integrated credit card processing through a supported payment provider - CardConnect or Gingr Payments. Please see our article Configure Payment Processing for more information.

• When viewing a package, you can expand its details to see each included component, its credit type, and its individual value.

• Expiration timelines and credit policies are set by your pet care facility. These details may be included in the package description.

• Packages are sold as complete bundles. Individual components cannot be removed or purchased separately unless your facility offers those items as standalone packages.
