Add Media to SMS Messages

After selecting a customer to message, you can type your message at the bottom. From here, you can then select the 3-bar icon to the left of the text input. Selecting this button opens the option to upload files or take a photo directly on your device. You can also drag and drop files onto the text input to add them to the message.
