Make a Purchase as a Pet Parent
- Navigate to the Customer Portal and log in as an existing customer.
- Navigate to Side Navigation: Shop.
- Click the Shop Retail button to view the available Retail Items for sale.
- Click the shopping cart button next to the item's price to add it to your order, and repeat for the total number of items you'd like to purchase (this number can also be adjusted in the cart).
- Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.
- Adjust the number of items if needed and then click blue Payment button to proceed.

Check Out using a Credit Card.
- Once complete, the system will send the Online Order Received email to the customer if they are opted into communications.
