Within Gingr, every time a pet is checked in and out, this is considered a reservation. Reservations are created on the New Reservation page, which can be accessed from several places. New reservations are also created when you check a pet in using Quick Check In. 

There are several different places in Gingr where you can amend reservations. This is helpful if you need to change the reservation dates, add additioinal services, or change the reservation type completely.
