There are a few ways to navigate to the details page of a reservation.  

Before You Begin

• Reservation Details can be edited during the Gingr PreCheck process. For more information see our Gingr PreCheck Overview article.

Navigate to the Reservation Details Page From the Dashboard

1. From either the Checked In, Expected Today, or Going Home Today sections of the Dashboard, find the reservation in the list.
   
   
2. Select the Actions menu (list icon.)
   
   
3. Select View Reservation Details.
   

   
   
   

4. Alternatively, you can select the reservation type.
   

   

Navigate to the Reservation Details Page From the Owner or Animal Page

1. Navigate to the Animal or Owner page.
   
   
   • Select their name anywhere in the app, or
     
     
   • Type the owner or animal's name into the predictive Search box in the upper left of your app.
     
     
2. On the Animal or Owner page, select the Reservations tab.
   
   
3. Locate the reservation you are looking for.
   
   
4. Select the Actions menu.
   
   
5. Select View Reservation.
   
   
6. Alternatively you can click on the reservation type.
