The Signed and Unsigned Agreements Reports allow you to easily check whether customers have signed their required agreements. These reports provide a centralized view of agreement status across your customer base.

Before You Begin

Both reports generate a list of customers who have signed or not signed a selected agreement.
If your business has multiple agreement templates, select one at a time to view results.

To view or manage existing agreements, navigate to Admin » Agreement Templates.

Location Filters

For businesses with multiple locations, both reports include location-based filtering options:

• Home Location: Displays pet parents registered with a specific location.

• Booking Location: Displays pet parents with bookings at a selected location during the chosen date range.

These filters make it easier to track agreement compliance per location and to ensure customers have signed the required agreements for their location.
