Introduction
The Signed Agreements Report is used to generate a list of owners who have a reservation during a specified time frame and have signed a selected agreement type.
Reporting & Location Access
Reports in Gingr use location-based reporting. Results are calculated based on the locations selected in the report, and each report’s location label determines how results are calculated.
For businesses with multiple locations, this report also supports location-based filters, allowing staff to review agreement compliance by Home Location or Booking Location.
Available locations are limited to the user’s Allowed Locations. If a location does not appear as an option, verify the user’s location access before running the report.
Key Features
In addition to standard reporting features, this report includes:

Export Options. You may export the report by selecting the Export to Excel checkbox when generating the report. You can also print this report by selecting the Print PDF option.

Advanced Column Features. Arrange and sort columns to get the data you want. To learn more, refer to the Advanced Column Features reference document.
- Add to Campaign. Generated report lists can be added to a campaign by selecting the + Add to Campaign button at the top of the list. To learn more, refer to the Add to Campaign reference document.
Getting Started
To access the Signed Agreements report, navigate to Book Icon » Reports » Signed Agreements Report.
From this page, you can adjust the following reporting parameters to tailor the report to your needs.
Report Parameters
| Setting | Description |
| Select Location Type(s) | Choose which location type to base the report on - Home Location (the pet parent’s registered site) or Booking Location (the site where the reservation occurs). You may select one or both types. |
| Select Location(s) | Choose one or multiple specific locations to include in the report. When multiple locations are selected, only results matching those locations display. |
| Agreement Type | Select from the list of enabled agreement types in the instance. |
| Has Reservations Between | Choose a starting date and time to see reservation data starting at this date and time. |
| And | Choose an ending date and time to see reservation data ending at this date and time. |
| Export to Excel? | Generate the report and then check this box to export a CSV file. |
Helpful Hints
Leave both date fields blank to generate a complete list of all owners who have signed the selected agreement.
Use Select Location Type(s) and Select Location(s) to focus results on specific sites, ensuring that agreement data aligns with each facility’s operations.
Report Output
| Owner | The owner that has signed the selected agreement. |
| Animal Names | The pets tied to this owner |
| Location Name | Shows the relevant location tied to the agreement, based on the selected filter. |
| Next Reservation | If a pet has an upcoming reservation already scheduled, it will show up in this column |
Tips and Tricks
Click column headers to sort results alphabetically or numerically.
Use Export to Excel for recordkeeping or compliance tracking.
Selecting + Add to Campaign adds the listed owners to an email or SMS campaign.
