This article will describe how to set up and offer an Online Video Series at your facility. This can help you offer training alternatives to in-person sessions depending on your facility's needs. These pre-recorded sessions can be made available as POS/Retail Items in Gingr.

Tip:  Services like Vimeo offer free accounts where you can store a video library for your customers. 

Before You Begin

Important:  In order to use this feature, you must use the integrated credit card processing. If you do not currently use Gingr’s integrated credit card processing, send an email to sales@gingrapp.com to get signed up!

• This feature is best utilized if the staff is trained on the workflow to ensure that customers are properly notified when their items are ready and that you don't oversell items.
