Un-enrolling a pet from a group class is a quick process.

• Before using Group Classes, you will need to configure them. Follow the steps to Set Up a Group Class.

Un-Enroll a Pet

Un-enrolling a pet from a group class is an easy process. 

1. Navigate to the Group Classes page at Left-hand Navigation: Reservations » Group Classes.
   
   
2. Find the class the pet is enrolled in.
   
   
3. Select the red x next to their name. You will be prompted to optionally select a cancellation reason.

If there is a package associated with the group class, you will be asked if you want to refund it. If yes, you will be directed to the receipt to process the refund.
