When enabled, there will be a notification sent to your notification center when a PreCheck Form is completed, edited by the customer, or edited by the business.

Configure Gingr PreCheck Notifications

These notifications can be configured for various groups to receive it or to not receive it at Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » Groups » Notification: Gingr PreCheck Form Edited and Notification: Gingr PreCheck Form Submitted.

Review Gingr PreCheck Notifications

1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » Groups » Notification: Gingr PreCheck Form Edited and Notification: Gingr PreCheck Form Submitted.
   
   
2. Select the bell icon in the top right-hand corner.
   
   
3. Locate the Edited Gingr PreCheck Form section.
   
   
4. Select the notification.
   
   
5. Select the View PreCheck Form button. Any edited values will have a yellow highlight next to it.

I'm Here Notifications

Users can also be notified when a pet parent selects the I'm Here button on a Gingr PreCheck form. This notification can be configured for various groups via Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » Groups » Notification: Customer Arrival.
