Introduction

The Owner Profile Page is a central source of information regarding a customer and their pets. This page is accessible from many locations in the app, including from the search bar, from many reports, and most other pages in the app that list Owner names, such as Animal Profiles, Reservation Details, or Dashboard tabs.

Each Owner Profile Page provides an overview and access to contact information, reservation history, financial records, Employee Notes, Legal Agreements, communication history and more.
