The Reports page holds all available reports in Gingr. Admins use it to view, filter, and export data across the business.
Before You Begin
You'll need:
The Can View Financial Reporting permission, to see financial reports.
The right Allowed Locations on your user account. Reports show data only for locations in your Allowed Locations. Most reports need at least one location selected before they show results. If your Allowed Locations are not set up correctly, reports can look like they are missing data or locations.

Location-Based Reporting
Reports in Gingr calculate results from the locations you select. They do not show data for all locations by default. This keeps reporting accurate for each location. It also matches report results to user access permissions.
Each report shows the type of location it uses, such as:
Booking Location: Filters results by the location where the reservation or appointment is scheduled to occur.
Invoice Location: Filters results by the location assigned to the invoice. This sets where revenue and financial activity are attributed.
Spend Location: Filters results by the location where the pet parent’s spend occurred. This includes purchases and charges tied to that location.
Package Purchase Location: Filters results by the location where a package or subscription was first purchased.
Subscription Location: Filters results by the location tied to the subscription enrollment.
Transaction Location: Filters results by the location where the payment transaction was processed.
Pet Parent Home Location: Filters results by the pet parent’s assigned home location in their profile.
The location label shown in the report decides how Gingr calculates results.
Allowed Locations Dependency
A user’s Allowed Locations decide which locations appear in a report’s location selector. Users cannot view or report on locations they are not allowed to access.
If a location does not appear as an option in a report, check the user’s Allowed Locations setup.
Why Do My Results Look Lower Than Expected?
Reports in Gingr do not default to All Locations. Results show only the locations you select. They are also limited to the locations in your Allowed Locations. This keeps reporting accurate for each location, consistent across Gingr, and in line with user access permissions. If your results look lower than expected, check which locations are selected in the report. Then confirm which locations you are allowed to access.
