Introduction

It is possible to limit what actions each user account can make depending on the group permissions enabled for their user group. In this article, we will cover how to manage staff user's accounts, as well as how to manage a specialist account.

 

Audience

Only users with the permissions Can Edit User Groups and Can Manage Group Permissions enabled can make changes to a user account and a user group. To limit a specialist from editing their own specialist schedule, you'll need to disable the user group permission Can Set Up Own Specialist Schedule. To limit a specialist from editing other specialist's schedules, you'll need to disable the user group permission Can Set Up Others' Specialist Schedule.
