Introduction
This guide will help you better understand the function of each tool available within the Toolbox built into Gingr's various forms, such as the Animal and Owner Forms, Reservation Forms, Lead Forms, and the Report Card Form. These versatile tools can be freely added and customized to the various forms within Gingr. Below is an image of what the toolbox will appear as on your forms in Gingr.
Reference: Not all fields are available on all forms.

Address (Autocomplete) | Provides a field to input a street address. | |

Camera | Provides a field to upload an image. | |
Checkboxes | Allows business to provide a question with the ability to select multiple answers. | |
Credit Card | Provides a field to save tokenized credit card data. | Requires integrated credit card processing. For more information, please see our article Get Started with Credit Card Processing. |
Custom Animal Icons | Allows the business to add Custom Animal Icons. Animal Icons are business facing only. | For more information, please see our article Set Up Custom Animal Icon. |
Custom Owner Icons | Allows the business to add Custom Owner Icons. Animal Icons are business facing only. | |
Date | Provides a field to select a date. | |
Dropdown | Allows you to create a condensed view of a longer list of options to select from. Only one choice can be selected. | |
Provides a field to input an email address. | ||

File Attachment | Allows the business to attach a file viewable by the customer. Will display as a clickable link to download. | Requires a link to the file either hosted in Gingr or a third party cloud drive (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc). |
Files | Provides a field to upload files that can be tagged to display in various areas of the app. | To have uploaded files automatically display on the Owner Profile to view/download, see "Owner Files" below. |

Header Text | Provides a header / title text to optionally organize sections of your form. | |

Home Location | For apps with multiple locations, you can select which should be the home location for an owner. When using the Customer Portal, it will default to their home location when creating a new reservation request. | System Field; Cannot Remove |

Integer | Provides a field to enter only a numerical integer. | |
Last Name | Primary owner last name on Owner Form | System Field; Cannot Remove |

Line Break | Provides a dividing line between fields. | |

Multi-Line Input | Provides a multiple line text field to be filled out. | |
Multiple Choice | Allows the business to provide a Multiple Choice question where only one answer can be selected. | |
Owner Files | Allows the ability to upload files, such as vet records, that are easily accessible from the owner profile in the Files section. | |
