Introduction
The PreCheck Services Report tracks by date, how many Services by Type were booked via PreCheck Form.
In Gingr, the PreCheck Services report will show totals of services that were added when completing a PreCheck Form. This report will not include any services that were a part of the reservation prior to completing the form.
Getting Started
Report Parameters
Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » Reports » Precheck Services.
Setting | Description | Helpful Hints |
From | Choose a starting date and time to see service data starting at this date and time. | |
To | Choose an ending date and time to see service data ending at this date and time. | |
Reservation Types |
Select any reservation types for which you want to view data within the set date range. |

Locations |
Select the location you want to view service data for. |

Include Business Staff Check-In Service Bookings |
Select this option if you want to include services that were added on by a staff member during the check-in process and Precheck Form review. |
Leave un-checked to only display services that were added on by customers. |
Report Output
Totals
This section displays a list of each service that was added on via a PreCheck Form and the totals for that service.
Services
This section displays a list of each service that was added on via a PreCheck Form with the totals split out by dates. If running the report for multiple dates, each date will be listed with its totals under that date. Each date's totals are clickable to view a complete list of the reservation details the service is attached to.
