View Memberships in the Customer Portal (How-To)

Article Details

Pet Parents can view their active and canceled memberships directly in the Customer Portal under My Memberships & Packages. This provides a quick and easy way to check membership details, billing information, and benefits.

Before You Begin

What You Can & Cannot Do

You CAN:

  • View all memberships (active, canceled, and expired).
  • Check membership details, billing information, and benefit status.
  • Purchase memberships from the Shop tab when enabled by the business.
  • If a membership includes special pricing benefits, the discount is automatically applied in the cart during checkout.

You CANNOT:

  • Cancel an existing membership directly (this must be done by the business).
  • Apply membership credit benefits (like service credits) during checkout - these are applied by staff when the reservation is checked-out.

View Membership Details

  1. Log in to the customer account.

  2. Pet parents can view memberships in two places:

    • Shop tab > Shop Memberships (to purchase new memberships if enabled)
    • Account tab > My Memberships & Packages (for all memberships owned)
