Article Details
Pet Parents can view their active and canceled memberships directly in the Customer Portal under My Memberships & Packages. This provides a quick and easy way to check membership details, billing information, and benefits.
Before You Begin
What You Can & Cannot Do
You CAN:
- View all memberships (active & canceled).
- Check membership details and benefit status.
You CANNOT:
- Purchase a new membership.
- Cancel an existing membership.
- Apply membership benefits to package or retail purchases (an info banner will appear in the cart if attempted).
View Membership Details
- Log in to the customer account.
- Navigate to the Account icon OR Shop icon and select My Memberships & Packages.
- Any memberships currently active on the customer's profile will display under the Memberships tab. You can switch between the Memberships, Packages, and Subscriptions tabs at the top to view memberships, standalone packages, and package subscriptions.
- Select a membership to view:
- Cost and Billing Frequency
- Billing Details
- Membership Benefits
- Terms and Conditions
