Gingr offers an integrated credit card processing feature that allows you to fully integrate your card processing with your application through CardConnect. This article describes the settings you can change for processing payments, as well as helpful hints for determining what setting is best for your business.
| Setting | Description | Helpful Hint |
| Label | The integrated processor you use. | |
| Location ID | Choose the location associated with the correct Merchant ID. | If you only have one location, this will default for you. |
| Preferred Processor | What the system uses to process Subscriptions and Customer Portal payments. | If no preference is set, the system will use the oldest payment processor for each location as the preference. |
| Use Tips | Enable this setting to prompt for a tip when charging a credit card on a terminal. | |
| Tips Card On File | Enable this setting to prompt for a tip when charging a card on file on a terminal. | |
| Merchant ID | Enter your Merchant ID without spaces. | Only one MID can be entered here. If you have multiple locations but only one CardConnect processor listed, please contact support. |
