Set hours of operation by day of the week, reservation type, or for a specific date. Hours of operation control times that customers and staff can select for drop-offs and pick-ups. Navigate to Admin » Hours of Operation to make changes to these settings. 

Important: Hours of Operation do not affect the New Appointment Page or your specialists' schedules for time based appointments. For scheduling slot based appointments from the New Appointment page, Gingr will use the default start and end times set in your Hours of Operation settings. If the slot based appointment is being added onto a reservation type with specific reservation type hours, Gingr will respect the specific reservation type hours, not the default start and end time.

Before You Begin

• All admin users have access to the admin page controlling these settings. Additionally, admin users are able to delegate this particular admin page to other user groups. Non-admin users with access to this page will be able to make edits that affect all locations in the app. For more information see our article on User Groups and Permissions.
