Set recurring hours for specific days of the week.

 

Before You Begin

  • All admin users have access to the admin page controlling these settings. Additionally, admin users are able to delegate this particular admin page to other user groups. Non-admin users with access to this page will be able to make edits that affect all locations in the app. For more information see our article on User Groups. 

Important: Hours of Operation do not affect the New Appointment Page or your specialists' schedules for time based appointments. For scheduling slot based appointments from the New Appointment page, Gingr will use the default start and end times set in your Hours of Operation settings. If the slot based appointment is being added onto a reservation type with specific reservation type hours, Gingr will respect the specific reservation type hours, not the default start and end time.

 

Set Recurring Hours

  1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Hours of Operation.
  2. Locate the Hours of Operation tab. 

  3. Select Location Name.
  4. Select Recurring (day of the week).

  5. Click +Add Recurring Hours.

  6. Fill out the form using the field guide below.

Days of the Week

Select which day's of the week these hours will apply to.

Click "Select All" to apply the hours Monday-Sunday. 
Closed

Toggle this on if your facility is closed on this day every week

  
Hour Type

What type of hour block is this?

  • Drop Off: This type of hour block would only allow for staff and customers to select a reservation start time 
  • Pick Up: This type of hour block would only allow for staff and customers to select a reservation end time.  
  • Both: This type of hour block would allow staff and customers to select a reservation start or end time. 
 You can enter multiple hour types for the same day of the week.

Bulk-create for Reservation Type(s)

Optionally choose if these hours apply to one or more reservation types. Leave blank if these hours apply to all reservation types.
