You can adjust the tax on specific open line items, packages, and retail items.

Before You Begin

• If you are unsure of your local sales tax amounts or laws, please reach out to your local government resources or financial advisors.

Manage Open Line Items, Packages, and Retail Items in Tax Settings

1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Tax Settings.
   
   
2. Location the appropriate section (Open Line Items, Packages, or Retail Items.) You will see all the items in the app listed.
   
   
3. Toggle the tax settings on or off as needed.

 Tip:  Whether an item should be taxed can also be managed from the individual item's settings on their respective Admin pages as well.
