How to Search for Owners or Animals

Article Details

This article shows you how to search for an owner or animal record in Gingr, from a desktop computer or a mobile browser.

Before You Begin

  • If your business has more than one location, search results may only show owners and animals tied to your current location. This is controlled by the Limit Search to Current Location setting under Admin » Custom Configurations.
  • Banned or deactivated animals don't appear in predictive search. Select Include Banned on the full search results page to see them.
  • If an owner or animal was added in the last few minutes, they may not show up right away because search results are cached.
