Troubleshooting: Owner or Animal Not Appearing in Search Results

If an owner or animal isn't showing up in search results, use this article to find and fix the cause.

If Something Goes Wrong

Symptom: An owner or animal doesn't appear when you search for them.
- Cause: Your browser's local data is out of date, or the search index needs to be rebuilt.
- Fix: Clear local storage, then rebuild the search index. If the owner or animal still doesn't appear, check the View All Animals report (Reports & More » Reports » View All Animals) to confirm the animal isn't banned.
